On 5th December, 2025 at Nyaboo, the Hon MCE, Dr. Ebenezer Ekow Aidoo joined by Nananom, the Municipal Coordinating Director, Assembly Members, the Municipal Security Council, the Presiding Member, Executives from the NDC led by Chairman Sumaila 24Hr, our hardworking farmers, and the media to celebrate the unprecedented 41st Farmers’ Day at Nyaboo School Park. He said, this is the best Farmers’ Day celebration he has witnessed over the years!

The Hon. MCE once again congratulated all the winners of the year’s edition. Each awardee received their respective prizes. The Overall Best Farmer received a big Chanfang Diesel Engine Tricycle and other amazing prizes. The Second Best Farmer also received a tricycle and more prizes. And to make things even more fulfilling, the 2024 Best Farmer, who did not receive her award last year, finally received a Tricycle (Aboboya) to console and encourage her as well.

He sent a special appreciation to all our donors and sponsors—he stated that he will make a separate post just to celebrate and acknowledge your incredible support. He mentioned that their contribution means a lot to our farmers and our municipality.

Hon. Dr. Ebenezer Ekow Aidoo extend his heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated and helped make the celebration a huge success, more especially a big thank you to the gallant farmers - Ayekoo! Your dedication continues to feed the nation, and that he appreciate them more than words can express.
